1. Are they for real or is this fabricated hype?
2. The last word out was they were in the process of trying to get FDA approval. If so, what is the status?
3, If you read the most recent 10-Q dated November 30, 2011, it says concerning the LifeCradle,
"Management intends to raise financing through private or public equity financing or other means and interests that it deems necessary to provide the Company with the ability to continue in existence. Upon FDA approval, the Company expects to begin actual manufacturing and sales operations. The Company is currently negotiating larger financing to initiate the FDA5-10K process which will be completed within 5-10 months"
That "little birdie" flare-up just recently concerning a purported $55 million financing agreement would have been HUGE NEWS in light of the above statement and would have indicated the company was definitely moving forward to bring this product to market.
Bloody Pirates notwithstanding, I think you would agree that this news would have sent the stock price northward.
