Thats normal for MMs. They will sell you all you want and then turn around and ram the PPS down to fill.
Keep in mind if LBGE is going to buy out Keiths interest in EST they will need a shit load of shares.
If I was Keith I would want a hell of a lot more cash than shares of LBGE.
Just speculating of course.
