Fidelity says NO waiting period to trade snry. The representative that I spoke with checked with another who handles corporate actions, in this case r/s, for them.

Now he did say that OTC's are different from big boards and pinks.

Pinks is where he said there could be a holdup in trading for a day or 2!!
I know this differs from what other brokers have said, but it is what it is!!
