Rick, you hit the problem on the head. Pat sent me some contracts from the exchange of the company to the new group. According to the contract Pat was to become the CEO and you were suppose to be on the board. Things didn't go the way you all planned and backed out of the deal and left Jack all alone. Then you all asked him for a lot of nonrestricted shares for your part of the handover. I don't think you all received any shares and decided to start this attack from day one. I believe Zachary and Pat told the CEO that they would do anything they could not to let him make the company successful. I believe the other 2800 shareholders would want to know why you all would say such a thing. I will be praying on Friday for Exobox but for different reasons than you all. AIMO
