The 8k isn't completely terrible, unless I'm reading it wrong. Yes, they missed their deadline. But it was almost a given that they would not be able to raise 100 million in capital within 2 months. They also added a $15 million charge, but countered with some revenue increases. I think you'll see some mixed trading when this resumes in 19 minutes.
