Apparently Mr Icahn feels Lightsquared is not dead yet. Obviously this is a guy with a lot of power and pull. Nice to have him on our side.

I would never want our country to be at peril and not be able to use all available resources in time of war. But if what Lightsquared has said is true then we will not compromise any military advantages.

In retrospect I think our military could use Lightsquared to their advantage.
