CHUCKERFMFLA) About the dividend, the 30% one was before we were halted and all shares froze. We both know something was not right. IMHO, I think that's why these guys under the new shell wanted to do the right thing for those of us that hung in there. I don't want to guess about the legalities of the dividend distribution. You may be right though about the notice. That is why we need the PR now to move ahead as investors. None of us can be sure until we see something. I'm checking now to see if anyone has more info. Last I heard the lawyers were working out the final details.
