Why does staar what further extension ?

Makes no sense as usuall- if a company had 30mill of your cash that was worthless why would you seek or keep agreeing to extension unless :

1, ccme lawyers and management have met with staar and gave them some positive info that has made staar Dramatically more comfortable that they will recieve their money back plus-

2, hey this is China - nothing makes sense
