SWK now wholly owned by Silversun

In a nutshell, Roth, Frydman, Nunez and Berman now have 22,664,678 shares of Silversun common stock between them, rather than 25 shares of SWK.

I assume that this means that they will no longer be receiving a share of the profits, which will help the P&L line in the reports.

Of course, this also probably means that the number of Outstanding Shares is close to 28M shares, and that doesn't include the possible 101M that Meller could receive by the end of January.

Assuming he were to take it all, that would put the OS at about 130M shares, giving a market cap in the range of about $3.5M, not unreasonable for a company with possibly $9M - $10M in 2011.

I think this is a good thing for the company, because although it increases the number of OS, it should clear up any confusion as to who owns SWK.
