So herein lays the great dilemma and the questions that wars have been fought over for thousands of years. What is truth? And even more importantly, what is the difference between truth and one's perception of truth? One poster said. "Here is what I believe..." and then makes a list. I can accept that. But believeing in something does not prove that it is true. Two people can look at the very same thing and disagree vehemently over what it is. And that is what is happening here. We have a poster who porports the truth as if their perception of it is the only one that matters. Even when faced with evidence contrary to their beliefs.

It is not up to Deep Blue to prove that there was a contest, that the prizes were awarded and the results were above board. They stated that is happened. If anyone raises allegations to the contrary it is up to them to prove that it did not happen. The company did not say that the contest cost $161,000.

"Please someone, anyone, show me proof of the artifacts being real..." Really? Captain Billy is not going to like that.

"I say the ceo has been compensated in the form of cash, or stock, or options, and or salary." Again, that is a "reasonable conclusion" that you came to and I have said if that were true, I would stand next to you. "Reasonable conclusion" would not even pass muster in our own courts of law as evidence. Show me! Why would one that that the CEO, who chooses not to post here, is considered as "having vanished like a coward" when I have found him to be totally accessible by email, phone, and on the radio show. I have talked to him numerous times. He has not vanished. Would he not consider the author of that statement the same after have been invited to call, email or come on the radio show and there was no response? I listened to the radio show where an open invitation to call in was issued and not responded to. Why would he come here to debate when it has been said that his replies to queries are not to be believed?

The reality show. Deep Blue has mentioned it twice. Twice in five years. Not every day for five years, but two opportunities in five years. The first show was announced in Key West. The production company did not produce so Deep Blue dropped them. The contract for that latest endeavor - five years later - is easily documented. Will it happen? That is not up to Deep Blue, it is up to the production company. By the way, who pays for the show? The production company, not Deep Blue. No skin off your nose.

Agenda. It just makes one wonder how those who claim to be shareholders and at some point would like to see their money again would do everything they can to destroy the only source that would allow them to do so. I think it is not unfair for those shareholders to state exactly what would make them happy. Would it please you to see the company go belly up? You want to see the management in irons? You want to see the artifacts turned over and in little letters on the bottom it says "Made in Japan"? You want to see Deep Blue's boats in the deep blue? Yes, there is an agenda. Everyone has an agenda.

Truth? Or simply one's perception of it?
