Folks, I'm a lurker not a poster. I have been quietly observing the posts on this board for years and I never expected to post as I felt I had nothing of value, DD wise, to contribute...until yesterday! I decided to post what I thought was important information and was happy to see many of you agreed. I have no inside info as I am just a guy trying to make a buck like the rest of you.

In a sense, it was my way of thanking all the posters who have offered truly fantastic DD to this board, escpecially recently. Please keep it up!!!

I have nothing further to add so I will revert back to being a lurker.
