What are your thoughts?

I posted this on Skunks blog as well but: If everything was so rosey with GERS' litigation against alleged infringers then why would the be trying to be granted a stay in the whole case? The answer is, the wouldn't. They would be doing everything they can to move the case forward and stop infringement on its patents. It doesn't add up.
