Distort what truth? These are the indisputable FACTS:

1. CE still remains one year later after we were told in a PR it would be 'taken care of', then later PR's said we would uplist.

2. We still haven't uplisted per PR's

3. Shareholder meeting that was supposed to be in August never happened even though it was PR'ed to happen.

4. There is ZERO PHYSICAL PROOF that there is an export license for 2012 yet we DO have a pic of the 2011 export license which is clearly now expired per the pic.

5. There has been no buy back yet we were PR'ed the entire year saying it was going to happen.

6. There has been no PR since November

7. We did not ship the 3rd shipment that we were told was going to ship 'soon' in November.

8. No audited financials have been produced despite being PR'ed that they are 'in the works'.

Please point out any of these that are a 'dream' or us 'living in the past'.
