So what does this mean exactly?

According to the IBox PR the merger was completed May 11, 2011.
I wish the company had expounded on the the "purchase agreements" part so people like me are more easily able to understand what the heck that means. Someone on the board mentioned MCE had lost the Seismic Foundations...but that is not what I am getting out of that statement. Unless it is a really crafty way to say the merger fell through, if that is the case it needs to be stated in plain english so people fully understand what are invested in.
