a need to check some dollar loan amounts on jeff digenva and what he loaned mineseeker. according to DIGENOVA depo he loaned the money to mineseeker.
also, this (money loan to MINESEEKER) took place soon after DIGENOVA somehow had the title of QUASAR CEO. seems somewhere that BRADLEY was short around $40,000.00 on a payment to MINESEEKER, even after BRADLEY had steped down as ceo of quasar. also, seems to me that DIGENOVA was to pay the 40grand.
TEX remembers that DIGENOVA said he loaned MINESEEKER over 80grand.

DiGenova has invested his own funds into Mineseeker, but
did nothing as Quasar’s CEO/President to try and solidify the relationship with
Mineseeker. Instead, he conspired to set up a new company and form a lucrative
business relationship with Mineseeker for himself even though he was aware of the
business relationship between Quasar and Mineseeker.
