Olie those are just regular after hours trades anyone can do it. I use scottrade and they charge a premium but sometimes its worth it.I usually do it if the price is bouncing a lot and if the price has ended on a low. Where I can buy a lot of shares without someone changing their mind at the last minute because the price went up. If you want to do this sometime though you have to call the broker you can't do it online.
