No, I do NOT think Rich is close to something, as he has been close to "something" for a long, long time. His refusal to update shareholders on anything is indicative of a scam or a collapse, no of an ongoing negotiation of a deal...

I only hope that if the properties too turn out to be a pump and dump scam that rich and his cabin-boys are all jailed for a good long time.

The hard fact is, that if any of the properties were as good as represented, there would be plenty of companies interested in buying them... if Rich is so arrogant to think he HAS to keep them and be in charge, after proving that he is a major buffoon... well, we are SOL.

When is the shareholder meeting, maybe we can vote to run this bozo out... or is he not willing to announce that either??
