The better question is why hasn't he bought more of PPHM at these prices and why doesn't he own 20 percent of PPHM? Stock price kind of disproves that he has been adding shares. The volume was definitely there to get rid of his shares. MGMT releases all PR's premarket for a reason and/or for somebody. Anybody still locate the remaining "institutional" shares. All imo.
