Do you have to be a resident of the State where medical marijuana is legal to receive treatment?

I'm just thinking here. If New Jersey Opens up, NY City will just travel down I95 to get treatment. Same with Philly. People in Washington DC will be covered. Cali and Washington take care of the west Coast.

Damn this could be huge. If I have skin cancer I'd much rather take the 3 hour trip to NJ for treament then go under a CHEMO CELL KILLER! It's just so unreal.

Oh yeah Med Boxes all across the world.
