Please retract your post... it is wrong.

LLSR clearly calls out that TAG Minerals Inc as a "wholly owned" subsidiary that you already know means 100% ownership...... so saying LLSR actual interest is only 33% is a misrepresentation of the facts.

You are one of the moderators.... so it sounds like it would be appropriate for you to correct your unintentional mistake.

1. TAG Minerals Zimbabwe (Private) limited owns 51% of this entity.... to be called TAG (Z) moving forward.
2. TAG Minerals Inc. owns 49% of the TAG (Z).
3. Tapiwa... the "T" in TAG owns 33% of TAG Minerals Inc.... the "G" in TAG owns 33% of TAG Minerals Inc... and the "A" in TAG owns 33% of TAG Minerals Inc.

However, LLSR owns 100% of TAG Minerals Inc.

Please restate the facts or kindly remove your post.
