Marketing Worldwide Corp (MWWC)

I'm investing in MWWC not trading MWWC, so I'm in for the longer haul, but we still have to be aware of the effects of the toxic financing. Given the stock is dropping somewhat now, I wont invest more here until management addresses the current state of the company in relation to its toxic financing. I want to hear from management that they have a plan of attack to combat this financing, otherwise why would anyone want to invest money into a company they know will be dead for sometime?
