The reason for not shipping prizes that Tony told me on the phone was:

I asked why no one has received their prizes. He said because they were charging for membership it made giving away prizes run into legal problems. I don't remember the exact word/phrase, something related to gambling laws, but he said they are working on it and once it is resolved they can ship the prizes. He said the focus of MMX is going to be less on paid membership and more on free membership. He said they want to generate more money though sponsorship, advertising and the like. He said he knows paid membership is a turn-off to a lot of people and really limits your audience.
