Telefix is worth -$900,000 as it has that much negative equity and has zero revenue. This info is from the financial report for the period ending 31 Dec 2011 (FY 2011).

Telefix has no employees, just two unpaid directors. Sao Luis Mining is mentioned in the same report as a predecessor of Telefix. Why?
