Sitting in the Front Row: The Show is About to Begin
I've paid for my ticket, came to the show early to get a few front row seat with my friends and have my popcorn & coke in hand..... the curtain is rising but first the Introductions:
Today's press release only reinforced what I have been saying for weeks.... both publicly traded companies are undergoing restructuring, rebranding and will have new cuspid symbols shortly... The Schedule 14C should be its way to the RPTN shareholders (and there is no voting required based on the generous terms offered by Raptor Networks Management Team and CCE... (edit). The cycle is 20 days.....then the newstock symbol will be issued. We know that Raptor Networks will be rebranded "Mabwe Minerals Inc.".... and I'll give you a few days to find out what "Mabwe" means (edit). I assume the Schedule 14C for LLSR is closely behind the required batch of SEC paperwork... can't wait to find out the name of the new parent company! .... and now there is a distinction between the two mineral subsidiaries....
I. TAG Minerals Inc... is GOLD, we know today there are multiple alluvial site claims and they enter into gold production this quarter!... and NO.... you don't drill core samples down to 5 meters to determine the proven reserves as a bankable asset....lol.... but we must assume that the company has some indication of gold grams/ton as two HPC-10s have been sample testing for about 1.5 years.... and then they registered/pegged the claims sites.... sounds like we have a number... but too early to share.... why?..... II. Mabwe Minerals Inc.... represents all other minerals and metals except gold.... a "bankable natural resources company, housing desirable mineral properties for exploration and commercial development".... now that sounds encouraging!
And we have been given some new clues today:
a). "New corporate identity and vision is designed to attract the attention of both private and public companies established in the hard asset and natural resources sector.".... so we wait for the restructuring process and new web site to be released this quarter to find out what minerals are of interest to both private and public established companies!
b). "to be generated from our mining and commercial sales of other industrial minerals and metals".... let me see.... established companies in the natural resources sector and revenue to be generated from the sale of industrial minerals and metals..... this sounds interesting!
c). "we anticipate and expect will reward our loyal shareholders".... sounds like the share price may react favorably to the pending news and perhaps dividends once in volume production.
(edit).....let's all sit back and watch the show..... each chapter is encouraging....... and the show starts this quarter.... not years from now....(edit)....as there are reasons they call me the,
