Actually, his job right now is to produce audited financials and resolve the CE issue via uplisting. That was his stated 'job' how many PR's ago. That is what a CEO does by running the company - the excavation and transportation of material is common sense at this point and needs little oversight. He's not sitting there (or better not be) in the truck on the ride to the port, nor is he (or should he) be sitting in the excavator while ore is dug.

I also see no one confirming that there is a valid 2012 export license- and he has been asked by many yet has no response that I've seen. That is a big issue. No export, no more money.
