MUCH remains to-be known, and MUCH is underway...
Just Opinion and Speculation...from years of expertise...
Assuming IF MusicMatrix remains with PTEL...
...then Tony remains as Marketing Director / Manager of MMx,
reporting to Passalaqua.
Passalaqua re-develops and re-dedicates a new Corporate Website.
Passalaqua recruits a highly competent and committed Board of
Directors with keen and consistent oversight of PTEL / MMx.
ALREADY UNDERWAY ARE (IMO) efforts to obtain REAL and SUBSTANTIAL
FUNDING and VENTURE CAPITAL for PTEL / MMx. Perhaps ALREADY,
people and organizations with "fat wallets" and "deep pockets"
ARE BEING SOUGHT and PERSUADED for PTEL / MMx.
These would be people from BOTH the Financial-Capital
Marketplace AND from within the Music "Biz." Don't scoff or sneer!
There is EVERY CHANCE that this is happening, as there is with
all the doom-and-gloom-and-angst that initially occurs as a
natural, human REACTION and FEELING when experiencing these
momentous events.
Believe me! I fully understand! Just that, I believe what
I've just said above.
These "deep pockets" and "fat wallets" people and organizations
MAY already have offered to HELP, to STEP-IN and STEP-UP,
BUT they just didn't get a good and favorable "read" or
"take" on Tony, and they subtly let it be known to Passalaqua
that THEY SAW ALL THE GREAT POTENTIAL with MusicMatrix, IF ONLY
TONY WERE OUT OF THE "EQUATION."
There is just as much validity, possibility, and likelihood in
what I say above, as with any other, more despairing viewpoints
or conclusions.

THERE IS MUCH going-on that we do not-yet KNOW about.
There is much already underway. Nobody wants to be -- or enjoys being --
a "loser," and that includes ALL Shareholders AND Passalaqua AND etc.
