I am no expert, but imo, to name a new CEO tells me they want to move forward....to replace their accountant with a new one makes me think they want everything including the kitchen sink drawn up to see what the companies true value is.....possible leading to a merger....who knows!

Keep in mind NXMR is listed as a "SHELL" this could be huge, if true and a reverse merger was to transpire, I just hope I am still here, FRUSTRATIONS are growing!
