I spoke to Tony on the phone. This was right before the curtain of silence was drawn. I think the only reason he called me back was because he wanted me to call him, he requested that I call him on Twitter. This was also after he was already removed from the position of CEO which was unknown to us at the time...that, however, did not sway him from saying he was CEO, acting like CEO and answering question as a CEO.
