I don't think this R/S is happening after all. If it is, the company has not met their legal obligation to put out the news of the split. I think it was a scare tactic like they did way back on SPNG when they mentioned an R/S was coming but never filed it...then they ran that POS to $.22 cents or some scuh PPS..


Anyway, I am buying back. These Ohio effers are not scaring me off...LOL
