The Three most significant things:
Positive:
1) Shareholder equity increased from $14.6M in Sept. 2011 to $17.375M as of Dec 31, 2011. That is an increase in value of a bit less than $3M in just 1 quarter - VERY POSITIVE!!!! IMO
2) VERY NICE presentation obviously meant to attract institutional investors' attention, so it suggests that the company is staged to let this puppy move up finally


Could be negative for some, neutral for others:
Another huge increase in the OS from 16M shares in Nov., 2011 to 22.6M shares in Dec., 2011.
