ALSO THE FOREIGN SUB IS STILL OPERATING, WITH CHINA HOLDING OVER $600 MILLION IN CASH. ONCE THE PATENT NEWS START FLYING IN, THIS THING RAKES IN $$$. PER EK..."The lawsuits, once resolved, will benefit Kodak stakeholders substantially." This is already priced for BK...expect to sell this higher than closing price. That explains the AH covering at higher prices. JMHO. Understand the risk in BK plays.
