yes i agree. first maybe stop using exclamation points!!! because it makes you sound like your yelling at us instead of working with us. so the thing about these reverse merger types is they keep silent until all formalities are completed. and they are cautious about giving info to strangers on the phone. what we can do is interpret filings and try to connect the dots.
