1. Does Hartcourt have a business plan at present and if yes, can you give us some details about it?
2. During the March Conference Call you formulate the goal to list Hartcourt on the NASDAQ. Is there any progress in achieving that goal and if yes, how far is Hartcourt away from the NASDAQ at present?
3. Can you give us details about the development of the business alliance between Hartcourt and Shenzhen Capital?

5. If you increase the amount of shares, will these shares exclusiv used for new aquisitions?
6. You said a couple of month ago, that you had negotiations with different companies, unfortunately we are waiting now for a long time for real news. We don`t see any improvement. How far are these negotiations?
7. Did you ever get in contact to the German (ex-) shareholder Andi Klimm? Do you know the reason, that he changed his mind about HRCT so sharply?
