That presentation must be fairly dated. While it was filed today, it was created awhile ago. In the "music division" section, when talking about DMX, it states that his album "Undisputed" is scheduled to be released "THIS UPCOMING DECEMBER". Meaning, this past December. So, that time has come and gone already, and that album is now scheduled to be released this coming March as many now know. They still have not staked claim on that specific album, which means they might not have a hand specifically in this upcoming "Undisputed". I'm looking for them to say whether they acquire these two unreleased albums of DMX, and also whether
"Undisputed" is one of those albums, or if they're two totally separate albums.

This presentation looks like it was made a few months ago, and IMO, most likely to attract debtors to sell them on the future of the company so they can rake in more money to use. Could be for convertibles, which would mean more possible dilution, or not. Only they know.

We will see if they ever release some current and new information regarding any of the expected developments. Until then, it seems like this filing is just a repeat of most of what we all already know about SAPX and their intentions.
