i imagine that if BD/ATRN were smart, BD would've made tons by shorting the crap out of the stock, while dumping the shares they were awarded all along.

then when it bottomed out, they finished covering all their shorts, and then both BD and ATRN began to buy up shares in order to go long.

i don't see why they WOULDN'T do this. to buy millions of shares at these levels would naturally be the smartest thing to do.

in other words, BD stands to profit handsomely on the way down AND on the way back up, and ATRN stands to profit just as well on the way up too.

indeed, the next filings we will see should be VERY interesting. it just wouldn't make any sense at this point to alter the share structure whatsoever. buy shares of your own company, watch those shares increase in value = profit.

i'm also anxiously awaiting the next update on how many shares are currently short.
