This is directly from an email sent to me from the NSF:
"Companies are only permitted to display the NSF Mark on those products that are specifically NSF Certified and included in our online listings (www.nsfsport.com for sports supplements)" and then later goes on to state " If we become aware of a potential misuse of the NSF Mark, NSF will investigate and take action to correct the situation. "
It would appear that someone specifically asked about Musclepharm, so don't be surprised if we get a crappy PR pretty soon. And if something happens as a result of it... it has nothing to do with codie or anybody else reporting them... it has to do with the negligence of the company. This absolutely torks me off.
