You are correct, the PR did say more tomorrow morning. The tweet says that the day isn't over yet. Which does imply that there is more than just the promised PR'd release tomorrow morning. You all may have your opinion, and I'll have mine. Please refrain from "LOL" or any other kind of insult directed at my post.
