As a former arson investigator, charges in these cases are not made hastily and usually are made after an arson dog and or investigator can prove with evidence gathered that the fire was intentionally set and that the person charged also has motive.

A possible Insurance windfall involving a suspicious fire and or arson case is always right at the top as far as motive when looking at suspects.

As always a person is innocent until proven guilty.

Just wanted to follow up that usually when charged with substantial evidence in these cases suspects plead guilty and sentencing can go fairly quickly.

If the case is drawn out due to a not guilty plea, then the evidence if substantial which it usually is, allows the prosecution of these cases to a high degree rather than a not guilty verdict by the courts.

As far as the daughters I would not wish to have someone speculate about whether or not the apple falls far from the tree as it concerns EMXC.

I would say however, that if any former employees of EMXC were posting on IHUB to influence the price that could put them on a very slippery slope legally and could bring government investigations on these individuals to the forefront as it relates to EMXC.
