Why skew information? You claim they got the shares from Howard and PHAR...Yet PHAR was not in existence until 4/2011...lets try and tell the whole truth.

On February 3, 2011 a total of 40 million shares of restricted common stock bearing 144
legends were issued to PATB, LLC for business and consulting services that were provided
to the Company per consulting arrangements and agreements. 19.2 million of these shares
were later cancelled and returned to treasury by mutual agreement between the parties
