Just a thought: As for a buy out or delivery of ore to mill Helca may be out of the equation for some time since they are having a big mess to deal with. Lucky friday mine probably closed until early 2013 at earliet and they are being investigated for Securities Fraud also. check out HL public news on your brokerage sites
