All the posts surrounding the SEC being involved here are speculation, just like almost everything else on this board. All we can do is speculate because the company doesn't tell us anything, and what has been PR'd publicly in the past by the company hasn't been substantiated. So, the SEC may or may not be involved and we won't know for sure until we hear something from them, which may or may not happen. So everyone is free to continue speculating. GLTA
