take a chill pill. look at the chart as it is clearly setting up for a break out. this is obviously telling you something. check out any stock chart on a 3 year basis and study this type of movement ahead of news and study what happens when the 50 day ma crosses the 200 day ma. approx 2 weeks out.

In the meantime study the importance of the RSI level on any stock when a stock bottoms out at 30 (BUYING OPPORTUNITIES) and when a stock reaches the 70+ level (SELL SIGNAL) these points are all supported by facts and you will understand how a stock trades. just takes a little understanding and know how.LOOK AT ANY STOCK and study these movements, its like clock work.

in re: to PVSP. study what CONVERTIBLE DEBT deals do to a company stock.
1) understand why a company signs a CD. typically desperate for cash
2) typically professional shorts or affiliates of the cd holder short the stock to lower levels to receive more shares when a company converts and off course this is also at a discount to the market. the lower the price the more shares.

3) the short covers their position by taking the shares that were converted, profit off the trade and make 30% on top of that. how convenient.

4) study what has happend since G3 connect bought out the CD on November 3. look at the chart since than. Take $400k divide that by the price of the stock and ask yourself how many shares that equals below a penny? These shares are now in the hands of a EQUITY PARTNER.

5) Go back to May and study the trading when John Fanning news hit. SHORTY was covering on the news which took the stock to 10 cents on the news IMO and they shorted the stock NOT expecting a G3 TYPE DEAL to be announced in NOVEMBER,as evidenced in the rise of the stock.

6) IMO SHORTY IS TRAPPED looking at the MAY volume of 100 MILLION shares traded. 20-40 million shares short
