Again. They had issues and they are resolved that is why they were given the rights to drill. Again from my reply.

It was an issue back in June 2010 but all issues have been resolved and the company has been given the ok to drill.
The Belizeian people will be well rewarded and their lives will be enhanced but only if TECO finds oil and all indications are that it is a sure thing. That piece just reminds me that I need to buy more shares. Go TECO.
