With all due respect, there are several concerns here. First, no one holds cargo for free so there is a concern that delays would create additional expenses so if htere really was a shipment sitting aroudn waiting ot be loaded it would be addressed promptly. Secondly, most goods have to be insured iwth surety and I a msure that the insurance company, or LOC bank, would not jsut let this pile of ore sit around on a dock somewhere. Thirdly, shipping plans ar set months in advance, it is not something you do whimsically, so if there really was a load it would have been addressed long ago, it is not ever, never ever, never ever ever something that gets addressed last minute. Lastly, what boats would sit around without a load while all of this plays out? Boats have a ton pof expenses and the ywill nto wait around for this small amount of money' Let alone, trucks, work crews, and administrative expenses. This all adds to the ridiuclousness.
