Yes... and a class action shareholder lawsuit against a brand that allegedly displays untrue information on the packaging will certainly hold up the value of the MusclePharm brand.

Not to mention, I think you might be over valuing it a bit. (All liquitable assets + cash)/number of shares - attorney fees= ???? - We might owe them money. lol.

Lets just both agree that a lawsuit is a silly idea.... which I know you agree with me on. The only thing that would happen is nothing... at least for the average shareholder.
