Spoke to the transfer agent at 718-627-4453. he was very nice and said that he has not heard a word from either Chin or Tony Pappa. He said that if they change, split or do anything with the share structure that Tony has to go through him. as for taking the skull and bones off he said that is strictly with the sec. as PR's he does not need to go through the Transfer Agent. he did say however they owe money to the transfer agent and meanwhile interest is occuring on snrs.
