It's like their office is run by the management of the local Dairy Queen. You get something 'To-Go' and they still forget the utensils and napkins. (Just an analogy, I never eat Fast Food).

Their product is not a secret! They have publicly stated their intentions with the backing of a Patent. So don't give me that
"Trade Secret" crap. Can't they get anything right? Just once!

All I want is some TRUTH.
