By "they", I hope you didn't mean POWT! lol A "Non-controlling 3rd party" front-loaded this and dumped it at the high. Then, and my guess only, turned around and shorted the crap out of it.

Don't fall in love with these worthless pennies. This company has a mailbox in Modi's Business Center for an office, zero revenues, and $2k cash as of the last filing.

Save what you can and move on. They gotcha..
