im sorry if im wrong i asked my stock broker an this is what he said an im just passing the informatchion that he told me that in september when thay were going to give out dividends say you had 1000 shares an never perchest any more and during this time untell now an sold that 1000 shares before thay gave dividends you were not quilifide for the dividends it sounded weard to me becuse pgi could hold off untell a lot of stockholders got tird of wateing an sold to save them from paying a lot of dividends!!!!!
