Dear Atrinsic Leadership Team,

I am a confident ATRN stockholder and have been following your company for many months now.

I have put many hours of research and due diligence into studying your company and am amazed at the things I've found. Atrinsic has a real All-Star team at the helm and I have real confidence that this stock will return to the big boards soon.

I have come to the conclusion that there is some kind of "Master Plan" to get ATRN out of debt, back on the right track, and profitable. I, and other shareholders, would be very appreciative if you could give us a glimpse of the plans for this year in the form of some PRs, a shareholder letter or filings. Specifically, I am wondering about the progress of paying back the Brilliant Digital debt, the sale of non-essential assets, your plans for expanding the online marketing segment of Atrinsic, and your plans for relisting ATRN to NASDAQ.
